Book Launch Events in Finland // October 2015
19 October 2015 // Book release and exhibition @ Nordic Culture Point, Helsinki
Birgit's Garden (Birgitin puutarha / Birgits trädgård) will be presented at Nordic Culture Point in an exhibition lasting from 19 – 30 October.
9 October 6 pm – 8 pm we hold an exhibition opening and a book release event with a nice programme in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki.
The photo book will of course be on display at the event and you will be able to purchase it for a special prize and get it signed. Hope to see you at the exhibition opening / book release event!

23 October 2015 // Book release @ Aine Art Museum, Tornio
I´m very happy to inform you that “Birgits Garden - Birgitin puutarha” photo book will be making an appearance at the fantastic Aine Art Museum in Tornio at a book release event 23 October from 5 pm. to 7 pm.
The event will be laid back in athmosphere. I will present the book, the exhibition and tell about my long term photo project on the Faroe Islands. Me and the lovely Mariann Hansen will read passages from the book in Finnish, Swedish and Faroese. There will be elements of Faroe Islands present in the event in the form of food, drink and music.
The photo book will of course be on display at the event and you will be able to purchase it for a special prize and get it signed. Hope to see you there, and many thanks to the Aine Art Museum for hosting the event and supporting me!
